We have a vastly experienced group of developers and designers, each of which have a particular area of expertise. These skillsets combine to create a talented, results driven team.
Nic Gilbey
Nic has over twenty-five years experience in the industry. Nic has worked for blue chip companies like UBS and Thomson Reuters. He has run his own agency for over 17 years and has worked as a consultant with clients like BP, Network Rail and Total. He has also planned and developed digital solutions in the Legal, Finance, Construction and Insurance sectors.
David Mctaff
With over 20 years experience David had led project teams for clients in the mining, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, IT and financial sectors; with clients including LCH Clearnet, Greencote Capital, European Goldfields, Mantle Diamonds, Gasol, Oxford Biomedica, Scisys, Pressure Technologies and many more. I am driven by my desire to solve problems and make clients’ lives easier whether producing annual reports, developing brands or launching websites.
Neil Davies
Neil has nearly 20 years experience in the design industry with over 10 as design and creative director at market leading design consultancies. His creative experience includes designing websites and digital media; developing brands as well as designing brochures and literature. He has worked with a number of client including Bradford & Bingley, Inmarsat, British Gas, Costain, Wates, Grant Thornton and many more.
Colin Marlow
Colin is an experienced motion graphics designer who has worked for a whole range of clients in his 20 year career, both in the UK and internationally. He primarily uses Adobe suite software, particularly After Effects. From video post-production through to animated infographic explainers, Colin has worked on them all and everything in-between, and his past clients include Mercedes Benz, Cartier, Unilever and Deroyce to name a few.
Harry Knox
New to the Team, Harry has over two years of experience in software development, he received the highest grade that can be achieved for an Extended Diploma in IT. Harry has extensive experience in WordPress, WooCommerce and a number of WordPress plugins. He is currently developing his skills in Python.
Nishan Thapa
Nishan Thapa is a seasoned full-stack software developer with 3+ years of experience in web app and software development. He excels in React, NextJS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Node.js, and Apollo, along with expertise in REST/GraphQL for API development. Globally recognized for earning a prestigious full-ride scholarship for a computer science degree in the United States, Nishan's commitment to staying current with industry trends and collaborative spirit make him a valuable asset. Additionally, he brings proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices, enhancing our team's capabilities in delivering high-quality software solutions.
Bipin Thapa
With more than four years of experience in modern web and software development frameworks and design, Bipin Thapa has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for national and international clients. His expertise extends beyond conventional software and web app development, encompassing machine learning with Python and proficiency in artificial intelligence and large language models (LLM). As a versatile asset to our team, Bipin ensures we excel in software development and leverage cutting-edge technologies, enabling us to provide innovative solutions to meet the evolving demands of our clients.
