RedefineIT asked us to build them a new WordPress website to engage their audience and increase traffic and leads. They required it to be easy to manage with an intuitive Content Management System.

Business Engagement Data System (BEDS). A 18 month project to build a bespoke ASP.NET platform to support change management in the business. The platform tracked the IT assets for every user in the business.

We migrated all Word Document and PDF forms on the Thomason Reuters IT Support intranet to online forms. This was managed via a bespoke form manager. Workrflow management was added to a custom approval process.
